Warranty
Southern Truck Suspension Systems offers a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on most suspension products. All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the life of the vehicle if utilized in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for installation and operation.
Hard Suspension Components - Lifetime Replacement Warranty
Includes knuckles, lift blocks, control arms, level kits and covers welds, cracks or break
Leaf & Coil Springs - 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Covers sagging outside tolerance, break or failure under normal operating conditions
Shocks & Stabilizers - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Covers leaking, diminished dampening and break
Bushings, Ball Joints, Etc. - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Covers all wear and tear items
LED Lights & Brackets - 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Covers bulb outage, housing (broken, cracked out of the box). Broken and/or cracked components (lense, housing, LED bulbs are not covered due to normal wear and use). This warranty does not cover corrosion, finish deformations, flake, etc. due to normal on or off-road use, or if the lead or harness is tampered with during the installation process.
Some components are prone to gradual wear and tear over time and therefore are not covered within the Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Exclusions to our standard Lifetime Replacement Warranty include wear and tear items such as mounts, bushings, diminished shock and stabilizer dampening resistance, finish, dents and scratches, as these components will experience natural wear over time. Southern Truck’s Lifetime Replacement Warranty and Limited Warranties are non-transferable and may only be enacted by the original purchaser of warranted equipment. These warranties do not cover any/all labor and/or shipping/handling/processing fees for the delivery, removal, or installation of our products.
When enacting a warranty claim, Southern Truck will need verification that you are the original purchaser and may require photos of the defective or damaged part(s). You must provide a copy of the Bill of Sale, a valid order number or other transactional documentation to verify your purchase. All full suspension lift kits as categorized and defined by Southern Truck LLC must be installed by a certified mechanic with proof of installation to be considered for any type of warranty or return. Defective parts verified by Southern Truck are applicable for a refund or exchange if the part is not modified or altered in any way by the installer.

Southern Truck Return Policy: Please include all original items in your return shipment and email the request to info@southerntrucklifts.com. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a refund and all returns are subject to a 10% restock fee. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. all missing component claims must be made in the first 14 days of receiving product.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving all returned goods.
